Will single-family detached homes be available?

élan will offer one and two-story single-family detached homes designed by the award-winning architectural firm, Hannouche Architects.

How can I buy at élan?

The first step toward purchasing is joining our “Early Access Registration.” In doing so, you will receive the most current information regarding status, openings, invitations and more.

What about single-story homes? Will this be an option?

Yes. One of our floorplans is designated for single-story living, thoughtfully designed for those who prefer to live all on the same level.

Do the single-story homes include a pool?

Absolutely! Lounging by the pool is one of life’s simple pleasures in the desert, and élan’s single-family homeowners will enjoy the privacy of their very own pool.

What are the home prices?

Will there be model homes to tour? If so, when will they open?

Yes, we are taking appointments to tour the Residences (SFD homes) in Winter 2022. The Townhomes will be beginning of 2023.

Are there any community amenities?

A community pool with a lounge deck will be available to all residents as well as a dog park for furry family members and a Bocce Ball court.

Do you offer townhomes?

Yes, élan will offer a variety of home styles to suit different tastes including two-story townhome living.

Can I look at the floorplans?

Yes, we have them available on the website.
